Resources ID Welcomes 28 Batch 2 Interns to the Youth Talent Development Program

Jakarta, May 6, 2026 – RESOURCES ID, a company operating in mining services, exploration, and testing laboratories, officially launched its Internship Program Batch 2 on May 6, 2026. RESOURCES ID formally welcomed 28 interns who will participate in this year’s youth talent development program series. This internship program serves as a testament to the company’s commitment to supporting the competency development of the younger generation through direct learning experiences within a professional industrial environment.

The interns come from various educational backgrounds and will undergo a process of learning, self-development, and direct involvement in various company activities and projects. Through this program, participants are expected to not only gain work experience but also understand how collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and professional work culture are applied in the industrial world.

One such activity includes a coaching session with Coach M. Athar Januar, PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, PMI-PMOCP, regarding the importance of problem-solving skills in the workplace.
