The President Commissioner of PT Antam Resourcindo is a retired three-star Admiral of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) who completed his service in 2023. He also holds a Doctorate degree from Brawijaya University, has participated in various military training both domestically and internationally, and has authored several books and international journals, focusing on maritime and regional security.

A graduate of the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Geological Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1992. He was appointed as Commissioner of PT Antam Resourcindo in July 2022. He currently also serves as the Secretary of the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal.

Graduate of Bachelor of Engineering, Department of Geological Engineering, National Development University “Veteran” Yogyakarta (1999). Master of Engineering (MT), Postgraduate Geological Engineering, UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta (2009), and Master of Science (MSc.) Matières Premières Minèrales, INPL-ENSG, Nancy, France (2010) and completed his education up to Doctoral level (Dr.) Postgraduate Geological Engineering, Padjajaran University - Bandung (2018). He has also achieved various important certifications, including Certified M-AusIMM. The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Competent person Indonesia (CPI), Intermediate Professional Engineer (IPM), Project Manager Professional (PMP), and Competent Person, ESDM. He started his career in the mining industry as a Junior Geologist at PT Freeport Indonesia in 1998, then joined PT Aneka Tambang Tbk in 2005 as a Junior Geologist. He was appointed as President Director of PT Antam Resourcindo since July 22, 2024.

A graduate of Mining Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 2001 and earned a Master of Business Management degree from Prasetiya Mulya in 2008. Before joining PT Antam Resourcindo, he served as Vice President, Head of Papua Gold Mine at PT Antam Tbk. He was appointed as Director of Operations & Planning (Acting President Director) on March 5, 2024.

A graduate in Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University (2003) and an Accountant from the University of Indonesia (2004), with a Master's degree in Risk Management from the University of Indonesia (2010). She holds certifications as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Australia (2012), a Certified Accountant (CA) from the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (2016), and is registered as a State Registered Accountant RNA No. 14807 by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Prior to joining PT Antam Resourcindo, she served as Vice President of Accounting, Tax & Budgeting at PT Antam Tbk, and held other strategic positions. She was appointed as Director of Finance and General Affairs on July 30, 2021, through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2020 fiscal year.

Gyaista is a seasoned exploration geologist with over 20 years of industry experience, including five years as Chief and Principal Geologist at J Resources. A graduate of Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), he combines strong field expertise with advanced technological skills to drive innovative exploration strategies. His extensive background covers generative, greenfield, and brownfield exploration across key mineral systems such as low- and high-sulfidation epithermal, porphyry Cu-Au, orogenic gold, and volcanogenic massive sulfide deposits. Gyaista has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on major exploration programs throughout Southeast Asia, notably with Newmont and J Resources Nusantara. Known for his mineral systems approach, he consistently delivers impactful results from early-stage discovery through to advanced project development, making him a valuable asset for exploration leadership teams focused on strategic growth.

With 36 years of comprehensive experience spanning greenfields and brownfields exploration, he offers deep expertise across diverse deposit types including calc-alkalic and alkalic porphyry Cu-Au, high-sulfidation epithermal Cu-Au, intermediate- to low-sulfidation epithermal Au-Ag, Fe-Sn and Pb-Zn-Ag skarns, and Sn-W greisen deposits. Complemented by 12 years of practical mining operations experience in both open-pit and underground environments, he has worked closely with mining engineers and metallurgists to optimize mine geology, grade control, ground stability, and geometallurgical performance. His contributions have supported critical studies in flotation, de-arsenification, ultrafine grinding, oxidative leaching, and mine-to-mill reconciliation, including acid rock and mine drainage management. Having operated across major magmatic arc terranes in the Southwest Pacific—including the Philippines, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and the Solomon Islands—he combines broad regional geological insight with hands-on mine-site integration. A licensed geologist (PRC Registration No. 0001194), he is dedicated to delivering practical, actionable solutions across the full exploration-to-production lifecycle. He is member of Professional Regulation Commission (PRC registration no. 0001194) in Philippine and Competent person Indonesia (CPI IAGI-199).

His expertise spans porphyry, skarn, sediment-hosted, orogenic, and epithermal deposits, making him a versatile asset for diverse exploration portfolios. Certified as a Competent Person Indonesia (CPI-IAGI 272) for Gold and Associated Minerals, and an active member of prestigious professional bodies such as IAGI, MGEI, MAusIMM 3048105, and SEG, David combines technical excellence with industry best practices to support exploration teams in achieving discovery and value creation objectives.

Adi brings a unique strength in bridging scientific research and practical exploration applications. With extensive experience on world-class copper and gold deposits—including Grasberg (Indonesia), Ikutahara (Japan), and El Salvador (Chile)—he excels in utilizing advanced analytical techniques to enhance target generation and resource understanding. His pioneering research on sulfur redox processes in the Grasberg deposit has led to new exploration tools that offer actionable insights for porphyry systems. Adi’s proven ability to translate cutting-edge science into exploration strategies makes him a valuable asset for technically driven teams aiming to improve discovery success and resource evaluation.

A passionate geologist with over 5 years of experience specializing in exploration and mine geology, with a strong focus on geometallurgy. Demonstrated expertise in leading geometallurgical studies to address low extraction challenges in heap leach systems within high-sulfidation deposits. Successfully contributed to geometallurgical sampling programs underpinning lab analyses and test work that developed robust extraction, comminution, and waste models for CIL leaching processes in Vein Systems. With hands-on leadership in geometallurgy research and development, this candidate consistently delivers high-quality evaluation and implementation of geometallurgical test work, driving improved recovery and operational efficiency. A collaborative geologist with nearly 10 years of experience in the mineral industry, specializing in diverse deposit types including High Sulphidation Epithermal, Low Sulphidation Epithermal, Orogenic Gold, Porphyry, and Intrusion-Related Gold deposits. Predominantly focused on High Sulphidation Epithermal systems, with hands-on expertise spanning exploration, geometallurgy, grade control, and mine closure evaluations. Experienced in both technical and operational aspects, including data analysis, field investigations, database management, geological and resource modeling, as well as project budgeting. Jarot is an experienced Exploration Project Senior Manager with a Master’s degree in Geological Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional Yogyakarta (ITNY). He holds key professional certifications, including Mine Operational Supervisor (POM) and Competent Person Indonesia (CPI – PHE). With extensive advisory experience at PT Inti Mineral Makmur and PT Fajri Halmahera Indonesia, he has developed strong expertise in nickel exploration at Mandiidoo and Lalindu (Konawe Utara, ANTAM), as well as regional gold exploration in Malaysia. He is highly skilled in exploration planning, geological mapping, drilling supervision, and resource evaluation, consistently providing strategic and technical leadership to drive successful mineral exploration projects. His proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects enables efficient execution from early-stage exploration through to resource definition.

Zulkihmal is an experienced Exploration and Resources Geologist with over 15 years of expertise in the coal exploration and mining industry. As a Competent Person certified under the KCMI Code (Kode Komite Cadangan Mineral Indonesia) Competent person Indonesia (CPI IAGI-159), he specializes in coal exploration reporting and resource estimation. His comprehensive skill set includes managing exploration programs, geological database management, operational mine geology, geological modeling, and resource evaluation. Zulkihmal has contributed to numerous mining projects, supporting scoping and conceptual studies, conducting technical due diligence, and performing independent technical reviews. Additionally, he is proficient in topographic surveying and geotechnical assessments, providing valuable insights to optimize resource development and mining operations.

Yasser Taufiq is a GIS and Database Specialist with strong expertise in geospatial solutions, spatial data analytics, and remote sensing for the mining and energy industries. He currently works as Senior Database and GIS Specialist at PT Sumbawa Timur Mining, while previously serving as Compliance and Information Manager at PT ATW Sejahtera to support Indonesia’s renewable energy sector through robust licensing and stakeholder engagement. Earlier, holding a Master’s in Mining Engineering (Mining Economy and Public Policy) and a Bachelor’s in Geophysics from Institut Teknologi Bandung, he has also completed professional certifications in Remote Sensing, GIS, and Data Science. Passionate about advancing GIS development, data analytics, and remote sensing, Yasser strives to drive innovation, efficiency, and informed decision-making in mining and renewable energy projects.

With more than 25 years of international drilling experience, Pasiangan Jombe has built a strong career in mineral exploration and mining operations across Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Romania, Eritrea, Australia, Fiji, and West Africa. He has held key operational roles in leading drilling companies such as R&B Drilling, PT Mineralindo Rejeki Alam, PT Asiatrill Bara Utama, Traverse Drilling International, Maxidrill Indonesia, and Foramin Australia, managing diverse projects ranging from gold and coal to multi-commodity exploration. His expertise is reinforced by multiple professional certifications, including Mining Safety Supervisor, Operational Supervisor (POP, POM), hazardous energy isolation, environmental management, and coal mining induction training in Australia. Pasiangan brings a proven track record of managing exploration projects efficiently and to international standards.
