Signing of Cooperation Contract between PT Antam Resourcindo and PT Sumberdaya Arindo

The laboratory is located in Tanjung Buli, East Halmahera, in the SDA Mining Business License (IUP) area.

For information, RESOURCES ID is a subsidiary of PT ANTAM Tbk (“ANTAM”) engaged in mining services.

In addition to its experience in exploration services, mining services and mineral commodity transportation services, in 2023 RESOURCES ID expanded its business into testing laboratory services.

“This project is part of our steps as a subsidiary of ANTAM in the service sector that has a vision to become a one stop exploration and mining service company, especially within ANTAM. Besides adding to our portfolio, this project will also increase the company's revenue,” said Muhammad Abi Anwar, President Director of RESOURCES ID.

“This laboratory is the first commercial laboratory of ANTAM Group and it is expected that in the future we can serve all mineral testing needs in ANTAM Group both production and exploration.”, he added.

RESOURCES ID successfully completed the construction of the laboratory in just 2 months after obtaining a work order from SDA as the project owner.

In this short time, RESOURCES ID built laboratory facilities in the form of sample preparation facilities and sample analysis facilities to serve SDA's nickel mining production targeting 3 million Wet Metric Ton (WMT) per year.
