The Intermediate Operational Supervisor (POM) Training and Certification is an advanced program for participants who already hold a First-Level Operational Supervisor (POP) certificate. This program is organized by PT Antam Resourcindo (RESOURCES ID) in collaboration with PPSDM Geominerba, as a form of commitment to improving the competence of manpower in the mineral and coal mining sector.
