Training & Certification for First-Level Operational Supervisor (POP) in Mining

This program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to carry out the operational supervision function in the mine work area in accordance with the provisions of Mining Occupational Safety and Health (K3/OSH) and applicable laws and regulations.

Participant Requirements

📍 Work experience in the mineral and coal mining sector:

• 10 years for high school/equivalent graduates

• 3 years for D3/associate degree graduates

• 1 year for S1/S2/S3 (bachelor's/master's/doctoral) graduates

📍 Additional requirements:

• Must have an Assignment Letter from the Company

• Must hold at least a Team Leader position or supervise subordinates
