Through this training, participants will be equipped with the ability to manage and supervise overall mining operational activities, including the implementation of safety systems, environmental management, and supervision of technical mining rules in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Must have work experience in the mineral and coal mining sector:
10 years for high school/equivalent graduates
3 years for D3/Associate Degree graduates
1 years for S1/S2/S3 (bachelor's/master's/doctoral) graduates
Must hold at least a Team Leader position or supervise subordinates
Must be proposed by the company where the participant works (via an official assignment letter)
Must possess a valid First-Level Operational Supervisor (POP) competency certificate
Must have worked as a First-Level Operational Supervisor (POP) for at least 1 (one) year
